As enticing as it is to have control of my life and do what I think is best, I realize that God is good.
He is more interested in my well being than I am. So much so that he predestined me for greatness and, ultimately, a life of peace here on earth and in heaven.

So, though it may seem scary, I’ll put my faith in Jesus. I’ll take comfort in knowing that Jesus, the good shepherd, watches over me.

I’ve been recently pondering on the gift of the Holy Spirit that works in us to conform us to the image of Christ.
Ours is a lifelong journey where we are transformed into the nature God originally made us to be - holy. When I look back to reflect on the journey, I see pieces of my former self that have been stripped away, never to be put on again.

That is what growth looks like, and I’m here for it!🤍
