Had Easter brunch again @hopebreakfastbar …& it was even BETTER than last year. I ate every last morsel of this Sunrise Chili Crunch Bowl that was gluten-free & made w/plant-based eggs. It’s not often that I can say a meal is truly worth EVERY PENNY, but this one was💯.

Since moving to MN, I’ve had less time to go on foodie adventures. BUT today, thanks to some much needed “me time” (followed by some “couple time”), I got to check out 2 lovely local spots = @2scoops.icecream in St.Paul & @thegoodery in Stillwater. And if this first day of spring is a foreshadowing of what lies ahead as the warmer weather returns, I’m looking forward to having a full belly (&❤️) in the weeks ahead.

One of my fave foodie discoveries during my recent trip to Vancouver was this Mango Matcha Smoothie @aiyaohno.cafe = 2 flavors I never would have suspected compliment each other insanely well in terms of taste, texture… & color palette (a.k.a presentation :)
And I definitely plan to swing through Chinatown for another the next time I @explorecanada via a return to British Colombia. @destination_vancouver

Vegan #poke bowls are absolutely one of my fave meals to have either at home or when dining out. But this one @mikomadison included ingredients I typically wouldn’t think of combining together. The #watermelon “poke” in particular was quite ingenious. So cheers to @foodfightrestaurantgroup for finding a way to make a dish that’s quite “old” for me new again.
