Coach and Compete.

Usually it’s me pushing the kids to compete hard and unlock their full potential. Now, I can honestly say that they’ve helped me become a better competitor by pushing me when we race each other. This Dallas Texas crew is a special one. I’m thankful and proud of every single one of our athletes.

It’s crazy to think I’ll be entering my 12th season on American Ninja Warrior. As I’ve competed over the years, my “why” has evolved into something I never imagined. Every time I step up to the starting platform I remind myself as to why I still pursue the stress, pressure, and thrill of competing.

At first it was just about doing something crazy to challenge myself and step outside of my comfort zone. Today, it’s very different and much bigger than me. My focus now is to help athletes and this sport reach levels we never thought possible.

I’m extremely grateful to see many of my students get the opportunity to compete along side me over the last few years and it’s an amazing feeling hard to express. Tune in this Monday 8/7c on @nbc to see the newest chapter of my story still being written.

So close to getting top 3! I got the blue special delivery slot both times during prelims, but had a mental mistake here when I panicked after taking an extra backswing and then mistakenly went for the grab at the top of the hold. You can see in one of the windows where I was faster than the pace from the top time which ended up winning world champion. It’s hard to say for sure what would have happened had I not made this mistake, but other than that I was really happy with this run and happy to get top 10 at @ultimate_ninja_athlete #unaaworlds2026! Missed out on a full clear earlier in practice, but got it at the very end. I’m trying to learn more about preparing for burnout and endurance courses. Do you do better if you are already slightly pumped? #ninjawarrior #gripendurance #allgripnoslip taken in Ninja Nation - Murphy, TX by @trumomentum

I didn’t quite figure out the fastest way through the trapeze to the ring link line, but had lots of fun flying through this one. Thanks to @teamkarsten for putting this course together! #ninjawarrior #ninjanationmurphy taken in Ninja Nation - Murphy, TX by @trumomentum

Season 18. 👀🔥

The wait is almost over… @AmericanNinjaWarrior returns June 8th and I’m beyond excited to be part of another season of this incredible journey.

Every season brings new challenges, new moments, and new opportunities to inspire the next generation to chase after something bigger than themselves. Grateful for the opportunity to step back on the course for my 12th season and compete alongside some of the best athletes in the world. 💪🏽

Be on the lookout for watch parties, behind-the-scenes content, giveaways, and more ways for our community to be part of the experience this season. Let’s make this one special. 🙏🏽⚡️

Who’s ready for Season 18?!
