Happy Friday! Still can’t believe the @Brewers are going to the World Series! Looking forward to spending some time with my sister and her boyfriend this evening!
.
Opening of Goldman 6. Really trying to make my articulation consistent, not always getting it especially with the leaps. Also ignore my pitch on the last note 😂

Happy Thursday! Had a really great day today being back at Fox Valley Lutheran HS! Got to meet up with an old mentor as well for coffee and now off to watch the @Brewers game with some buddies! Good being back home in WI!
.
Opening of Bozza Badinage. Love practicing in this room. So good for hearing inconsistencies in my articulation.

Happy Wednesday! Had a great time working with students at my Alma mater, Fox Valley Lutheran HS this morning. Very cool going back there and giving a masterclass. Looking forward to heading back tomorrow morning!
.
Good to be back in the old practice room, aka my parent’s basement 😂 Schlossberg 76. Really working on getting consistency in articulation especially in the low register. Sounding just a little fuzzy down there.

Happy Tuesday! Really cool day today! I had the opportunity to work with students at Freedom High School and Middle School this morning! Both programs are run by former colleagues and current friends of mine, Arthur Gajewski and @emilyfrozene! It was great seeing them both and working with their students!
.
Really cool duet - This is from the Sachs/Alessi book, but originally from the Six Canonic Studies book. Only the first few lines here.

Happy Sunday! I’m in Tampa, FL right now! Playing a little in the hotel before heading to @rjstadium to watch my @Packers take on the @buccaneers! I would say I’m excited, but I think nervous is a better word for what I’m feeling 😂 we’ll see if we can squeak out a win against a backup QB 🤣 Go Pack Go!
.
Clarke Etude 1. A little messy, but I’m assuming the game I’m about to go to will be much worse 😂

Week 37 of #DuetDuesdays

Really cool one this week! My parents and sister @emily.warnke, came to visit this past weekend so I wanted to quick record something with my little sister 😘 We used to play together all the time, so now it’s always a special treat when we get to make some music
.
One of the best songs ever written, “Pure Imagination.” We kinda threw together our own arrangement of this. Little bit of a mish mash so it doesn’t follow what’s on the sheet music exactly.

Happy Monday
.
Recorded this a couple weeks ago but forgot to post! 2nd half of Vannetelbosch 1. Hmm… still not thrilled with my office sound setup here. Might experiment more.

Go Pack Go!! Looking forward to watching the Packers take on the Vikings in a bit here! Excited to be heading over to my new friend, colleague, and fellow Packer fan, @doctor_toobah’s place to watch!
.
The often forgotten Packers Fight Song. I apologize for the slight phasing with the backing track, I’m running late and only had one shot to record this 😂
