My old a$$ tryna translate Gen Z slang over here. Am I Gen Z-ing properly? Did I get it right? Did I miss anything? Am I hip again? 👴 👵

Trying something new since yesterday's news was light and repetitive. Starting an educational series with random information of wildlife, empires of history, lifestyles of different cultures, and other random facts. Lmk if this is something you're interested in seeing more of!

Sorry for the long absence everyone. I've had to step away from basically everything to handle affairs, grieve, get right mentally, spend time with friends, spend time alone, do work, do nothing, and whatever I could to get back to myself. But when it rains, it pours, and it did. Outside of my mother passing, other deaths has happened, different L's, and just... BS.

I'm leaving the country for a bit, but I wanted to leave this with yall so yall could get a slight glimpse of what I've been up to. Hope everyone is well and taking care of themselves and especially, your loved ones.

Ill see yall in October. 🫶

This was the hardest goodbye of my life. I'm not sure how I'm going to heal from this. I'm not sure if I ever will. The man in me held my composure throughout the past 10 days at the hospital for her, but now the child in me is completely broken. She was the last anchor that made me feel like I had a home in this world. She was the little lady who would stand out front and watch me leave when I'd fly away after a visit, the little lady who would introduce me as her son with the type of pride I never felt like I deserved, the little lady who never tried to take up my time, but to share it with hers cuz deep down she knew what these moments were worth. I just wish I understood it as much as you did. I love you, Mom. Rest well. by @trus_real
