Ana Victoria Espino de Santiago embodies the resilience and determination that women often display when navigating male-dominated environments. Confronting obstacles that many deemed insurmountable, she completed high school through an online program, a path requiring immense self-discipline, especially in an education system not designed to meet her unique needs.

Her passion for law led her to BUAZ, where she faced new challenges head-on. Despite being in an environment where women are often underrepresented, she excelled academically, driven by her own tenacity and supported by her family, instructors, and a dedicated professor who saw her potential.

Espino de Santiago’s unwavering commitment to her goals was evident long before she earned her degree. She took an active role in legislative forums, sharing her experiences and advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities. Through these efforts, she found her calling in politics, where she aims to dismantle systemic discrimination and champion inclusivity, setting an inspiring example for women in traditionally male-dominated fields.

We are seeking volunteers who can commit to supporting us for the duration of our women empowerment project, which will span for a period 4 weeks. Your involvement will play a crucial role in making this initiative a success.

By volunteering for this project, you'll not only contribute to the empowerment of women but also gain valuable experience in event coordination and community outreach.

There would be incentives included for Data, Transportation and Feeding.
