We also shared a little trick with the girls; a simple hack on how to make their pads (and future ones) stick firmer 🩷. What started as a lesson quickly turned into laughter and excitement.

At both orphanages, we invited one girl to come forward and try the hack herself. Watching their confidence grow as they tried it out was such a joy, and the room filled with giggles and smiles. It was one of those light, fun moments that made the day even more special 😍😍

15th December, 2025!
Today was a deeply emotional and impactful day for our Pad a Girl Child campaign. 🤍

We visited two orphanage homes to educate young girls about menstruation, menstrual hygiene, and how to properly use pads.

At Juliquincy Orphanage, we met with the younger girls as the older ones were away. Although we weren’t allowed to take pictures or videos, the children were sweet, curious, and eager to learn. We taught them about periods, pad usage, and self-care, and we left pads for both the younger girls and the older ones who were absent.

Our next stop was Ark of Refuge Orphanage Home, where we spoke with the girls about menstruation and hygiene, and also taught them how to support their friends during their periods. We included the boys as well, encouraging kindness and empathy toward their female peers. Pads were distributed to the girls and their nannies.

Both orphanages were warm and welcoming, and the outreach went smoothly and beautifully. We are grateful for the opportunity to keep doing this work and deeply thankful to our friends and volunteers whose support made today possible. 🤍 @li2karenapparelz @izzy.jia @evdqt You are the reason today was possible.

We would love to keep doing this, to keep showing up for girls, one conversation and one pad at a time.

Together, we are reminding girls that their bodies are normal, their periods are nothing to be ashamed of, and they are never alone. 💕
