These in-person sessions offer a safe, supportive space to connect and receive support through pregnancy, postpartum, parenting stress, grief and loss, relationships, burnout, and the many changes that come with motherhood and family life.

We’re honored to contribute to Alicia Betz’s article, How To Thrive During The Fourth Trimester With Tips From Postpartum Experts And Seasoned Moms.

In the “Create A Support System” section, our Executive Director, Stephaine Courtney, shares:

“I recommend finding people in your life who are reliable and can support you in different ways.”

She highlights how that support can look like caring for the baby, picking up groceries, cleaning the home, and checking in on a mother’s mental health.

This is the heart of our work: making sure mothers feel seen, supported, and surrounded by community. Mothers deserve care, too. 💜
