WELCOME TO MY WORLD. 🖤

I’m Myesha Banks | speaker, creator, writer, founder, and a woman committed to becoming everything I know I’m capable of being.

This space is about real life, real growth, and real conversations.

Here, we talk about:
✨ Mindset & personal growth
🤍 Relationships & womanhood
💼 Business & building your vision
🎓 Education & becoming more
🎙️ Podcast conversations
🌱 Lifestyle, reinvention & evolution

I created Time To Be Established (TTBE) for women who know there’s another version of themselves waiting on the other side of fear, comfort, heartbreak, setbacks, and starting over.

I’m not here because I have everything figured out.

I’m here because I’m figuring it out, building it, becoming it and bringing you along with me.

Real women. Real conversations. A bigger tomorrow.

Welcome.
It’s Time To Be Established.

Visualizing My Future: The Power of Inspirational Pictures

I talk about hanging pictures of the life that inspires me around my home, not as a pretense, but as a reminder of where I’m headed. Each image represents a goal I’m working towards, and I’m becoming the woman who will live that vision every day. This is what reinvention looks like.

How to Reset Your Emotions Without Losing Yourself 🖤

You can’t control everything you feel, but you CAN control what you do with those feelings.

Emotional discipline is a different level of self-respect. Learn when to pause, when to release, and when to protect your peace.

Master your emotions before they master you.

Save this for the days you need a mental reset. Repost it because somebody else needs this reminder, too.

My Life Is About to Shift… Remember This Part.

There’s something powerful about knowing you’re standing in the “before.” I’m surrounding myself with reminders of the life I’m building, because one day these pictures won’t just be inspiration—they’ll be memories of where it all started.

They may see the results later. I’ll remember the process.
