Is your camera dirty or acting up? ⚠️ You’re not the only one. We had another busy week bringing gear back to life. From sensor cleanings, broken lenses, servicing vintage cameras, lens assembly errors on point and shoots, broken lcd’s, to high end mirrorless - we see it all.

Pro tip: don’t wait until the day before your vacation or important shoot to bring it in.

When your body won’t power on, for some it’s not just about inconvenience — it’s lost income. This Nikon Z9 came in completely dead after a drop. We successfully resolved the issue, which was a failed on/off switch assembly. While it was disassembled the customer wanted a full cleaning and replacement of the worn grips. His work horse is now back to work!

Despite your best efforts camera sensors will get dirty. Seeing spots and artifacts on your images is an indication of a dirty sensor. Through both usage and changing of lenses static electricity attracts dust particles to the sensor. This camera was overall very dirty and got a Full CLA, which is a more extensive cleaning of the exterior and interior including the sensor and firmware updates. Sure, you can clean your camera sensor on your own, but we are here if you are in need and not confident enough to take it on. With years of experience and specialized tools and techniques we can get your camera in tip top shape for happy shooting.
