One question I get all the time from 9U & younger coaches:“How do I make practice fun, productive, AND educational?” ⚾️

One thing I’ve learned over the years: KEEP IT MOVING. Break skills and objectives into 5–10 minute windows. Teach one piece, let them compete, then move on. It keeps practice fresh, keeps athletes engaged, and allows you to teach multiple skills without overwhelming them. At this age, we’re not just developing baseball players—we’re developing a love for the game. ❤️⚾️

Good Morning 🌎⛳️ I already miss waking up and heading straight to the golf course instead of waking up and heading to this thing called WORK 🤦🏽‍♂️😂. These two holes are from Eagle Ridge GC, a Top 10 public course in North Carolina… and once again, I’m left asking:Why does public golf seem to get cheaper, better, and more beautiful everywhere except NYC?! 😭😂 NYC golf courses… I love you, but WE HAVE TO DO BETTER! 😂⛳️
