💗 Celebrating 8 Years of Brittney 💗

This one is extra special because Brittney isn’t just part of the Twin Lakes team—she’s my daughter, and she has been beside me from the very beginning.

For 8 years, Brittney has been a part of Twin Lakes, both full-time and part-time, stepping in wherever and whenever I’ve needed her. She has truly grown right alongside this business.
She has seen it all—the long days, late nights, crazy wedding days, last-minute changes, stressful moments, lots of laughter, and so many beautiful celebrations. She has worn more hats than I could ever count and has helped Twin Lakes become what it is today.

Brittney, thank you for the last 8 years. Thank you for all the things you’ve done that no one else sees, for stepping in when I need you, and for being part of this crazy dream from day one.
Building Twin Lakes has been quite a journey, but getting to have my daughter be part of it with me for all 8 years makes it even more special.

I love you, Brittney, and no matter how Twin Lakes continues to grow and change, you will always be a huge part of its story and its foundation. 🤍

It’s hard to believe Bethany has already been part of our Twin Lakes family for two years!

Bethany, thank you for being such a sweet, easy-going member of our team. You are always willing to jump in and help wherever you’re needed, and one of the things I appreciate most about you is that I never have to tell you what needs to be done. You see it, you step in, and you take care of it.

Whether it’s helping behind the scenes, taking care of our couples and their guests, or simply being there for the rest of the team, you do it with a positive attitude and a servant’s heart.

Your reliability, kindness, and willingness to help wherever needed have made you such a blessing to Twin Lakes over these past two years.

💍 5 Things Wedding-Day Coordinators Wish Guests Wouldn’t Do 😂

1️⃣ Arrive late. If the processional has started, please wait to be seated. Don’t make your grand entrance right before the bride! 😂

2️⃣ Interrupt the couple while they’re eating. They’re probably starving—give them a few minutes to enjoy their meal together.

3️⃣ Ignore announcements. When the coordinator gives instructions, there’s usually a timeline we’re trying to keep!

4️⃣ Disappear before pictures. Wedding party and immediate family, please stay close after the ceremony. We don’t want to search for Uncle Bob! 😂

5️⃣ Assume centerpieces are favors. Before taking a vase, lantern, sign, or flowers, please ask. Many decorations belong to the venue, florist, or rental company.

We may look calm, but behind the scenes, we’re watching the timeline, directing vendors, solving problems, and protecting the couple’s special day. 🤍

Arrive on time, listen for instructions, let the couple eat, and celebrate BIG! 💍

After the flowers are put away, the music stops, and the wedding day is over, hearing from our couples means more to us than they know.

🤍 Jenna & her husband were married at Twin Lakes on August 1, 2026, and they planned their wedding in just FOUR MONTHS! From answering questions throughout the planning process to keeping everything on track on wedding day, our goal was simple: make sure they could enjoy their day while we took care of the details.

And one of our favorite parts of Jenna’s feedback?

PATRIOT DAY | SEPTEMBER 11

Today, we pause to remember.

We remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We honor the brave first responders who ran toward danger, the heroes who sacrificed everything, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

25 years later, we still remember. We still honor. We will never forget. ❤️🤍💙

May we also remember how our country came together in the days that followed—neighbors helping neighbors, strangers becoming friends, and Americans standing united.

Today, we pray for the families who still carry the loss, for our first responders and military, and for our country. 🙏🏼

In memory of those we lost.
In honor of those who served.
In gratitude for those who sacrificed.
