Ford Transit – DPF Diagnosis & Repair

More broken wiring, this time on a Transit. A faulty DPF pressure sensor and damaged wiring caused the DPF to become blocked.

Fault diagnosed, wiring repaired, system cleaned, regeneration carried out and road test completed.

Another one sorted without unnecessary parts replacement.

VW Caddy MK4 – Servicing & Maintenance

In for an oil and filter service, full inspection and a few additional jobs ahead of its MOT.

Glow plug fault diagnosed and repaired, BG engine flush, oil and fuel additives, replacement headlight and tail light bulbs, plus new wipers supplied and fitted.

Keeping this Caddy maintained and ready for its MOT.

An often overlooked piece of equipment when it comes to vehicle programming is battery support.

Good catching up with an old friend over some diagnostics!

Having diagnosed this Tiguan fault plenty of times before, this one was light work!

Throwback to 2004. Me and Kev fitting a GTI 180 bumper to my Peugeot 206, I can still picture Kev’s face as he announces, “The wing must come off!”

Audi A4 – Non-Start Diagnosis & Repair

Quickly diagnosed a LIN bus fault causing a non-start, but locating the corrosion in the wiring took a bit longer!

Corroded wire located, repaired and loom rewrapped using OEM-style tape for a factory finish.
