Our Country Sourdough at Twisted Tree Baking Company goes through many careful and thoughtful steps from feeding the starter, mixing the dough, making the loaves, prepping for baking in our oven (that came by ship from Europe), until the final product is pulled and ready for you to take home and enjoy.

We use the highest quality products including @kingarthurflour // All King Arthur Baking flour is unbleached and unbromated. Their products contain no potassium bromate, artificial preservatives, or chemical bleaching agents, ensuring a pure product. King Arthur is widely regarded for its consistency, non-GMO certification, and high-quality, responsibly sourced wheat too.

Our 4th Annual $2K Cookie Contest was the best one yet with 13 bakers competing for best cookie using this years ingredient - CHOCOLATE! Tickets sold out again and it was a beautiful day to celebrate all our bakers and the industry in Oklahoma. Our owners Robert Black and Lori Dickinson-Black were honored to be a part of the City of Edmond’s new video celebrating the history, character, and community spirit of Downtown Edmond.

For generations, residents have gathered along its historic streets to shop, enjoy local entertainment, dine at longtime establishments, and create memories that continue to shape the city’s identity.
