#TwoDigitTuesday
I have long since made peace with my run on @ninjawarrior since the night it happened. There's all sorts of factors I could delve into about my run, but ultimately, it's just another run in my book. I've had some fantastic runs in my life, and I've had some fantastically terrible runs in my life, but there's always another run in my future.

*Spoilers*
Swipe over to see just how far forward I was on the trampoline, and then swipe to 3&4 to see what the Pole Vault did to my arm 😂

Thanks to everyone who followed along for the journey, who messaged me about seeing me last night.
Thanks to @alexisbuford for having started me down this road with that intro lesson.
Thanks especially to @bladerninja , The Rattermans, @tj.rehak.ninja , @classyninja_kf , @solidmofitness and everyone else I trained with leading up.
Thanks to @yupitsclauds and my family for waiting literally all night until my run (or lack thereof).

Here's to hoping I come back on #ANW17 for a chance to show what I'm actually capable of!

If you missed the run live, you can catch it again on @peacock

On today's episode of "POVs that nobody has ever been curious about", what it's like to be one of the pegs in the board at OP that nobody ever uses 😂

Another #TwoDigitTuesday tip session. Taping up rips! How do you tape up your rips? Do you go with the gymnastics tape grip? Are you a plastic under the tape sorta person?

What should I try and cover next week? Open to turning this into a full series, assuming y'all want to actually listen to me yap about things 😂

Come with me as I put my new @jlabaudio Epic Open Sports through increasingly jarring obstacles! Thanks for sending them, and safe to say, they survived a night of #ninjawarrior training!
The Flexible Earhooks really stayed though all the dynamic movements, and the Air Conduction kept the audio crystal clear in my head, helping to keep me out of my own head 😂

Now to find both a comp I can get to, and a weekend that I'm not working to kickoff my own season...

Since there's been a very noticable uptick in kids in the gym blowing up their hands, figured this might be a post to make.

You have any obscure tips that I just have to add to the routine? by @twodigitninja

Pretty happy with this line.
Nothing too crazy, but and probably a bit late to the Katana game, but still a fun one.

Not an ad, just a solid product. Picked up some @jlabaudio Flex Opens, since it's rare to find earbuds that stay on but I can still hear queues around me. They survived the OP Super Salmon Ladder, which is about as jarring as it gets, so I think they've earned a place in my bag.

Plus I met some of their team while I was at DreamHack earlier this year and they're a wonderful company. by @twodigitninja

A smidge late to the party but finally got around to setting up and trying the @the.catninja PVC links. One step closing to catching up to her!

Tried out that @hypeguyninja #visualization thing; it works y'all! Time for Cal to start believing in Cal like everyone else believes in Cal 😂

Had to think real hard about how to set my hips and pull through here but we made it (eventually).

Some days you're locked in, and some days you're locked to the obstacle 😅
