Another lap around the sun! ☀️🎂❤️

Thank you to everyone who reached out with birthday wishes this weekend! Feeling incredibly grateful for family, friends, and this amazing Pensacola community we call home.

After Friday night’s hurricane, Saturday was spent helping neighbors cut up fallen trees and clean up. We’re so thankful our home and the base held strong, especially with SailGP kicking off this week. Our hearts go out to those who weren’t as fortunate.

Most of all, I’m grateful for time with family and close friends and for a community that always shows up for one another.

Big J is officially a 5 year old 🥳

SailGP NYC recap 🗽❤️

Whirlwind weekend catching up w old friends from every corner of the globe 🥰 Some that we haven’t seen since AC37 Barcelona and some since AC35 Bermuda! Dates all around NYC, staying out till 1am almost every night, shopping till literally dropping, bottomless drinks in the Adenaline Lounge, and sightseeing at every corner. NYC was an absolute stunner!

Notable: this trip marked a milestone as the first time we’ve crossed state lines w/o the kids since they were born 😳 Mila is 10yo to put that in perspective. Normally they have 1 parent that stays back with them while the other travels. Extremely grateful to Nana & Papa Martinez for traveling down to PNS to love + care for our 3 kiddos so we can act like kids again!

To top it all off, got to see a really cool @americanmagicteam installation at the PNS airport when we returned home.

Celebrated the girls’ 1st Holy Communion 🤍✝️

Mila & Kaia have worked hard for the last 9 months in preparation for this blessed Sacrament and we couldn’t be more proud of them. Nana, Papa, Auntie Jenny, and cousins Holden & Sylas flew out from Colorado to help us celebrate the special occasion. Spent the past week gathering with family & friends, sharing our wonderful community and team leading up to this very special day last Sunday. On top of this, we celebrated Mom + Dad’s 45th Wedding Anniversary, Dad’s Retirement, and Mila’s 10th Birthday. Hearts are so full! ❤️

Our Bermuda Baby is 10 🥹💗🥳

It wasn’t long ago we were taking her for beach walks in the front pack at Horseshoe Bay Beach…and now she’s making the competitive gymnastics team, getting awards for being a top Sunshine State Reader, and recognized as Terrific Kid for her grade year. But those are just accolades for people who have only started to get to know her. To call Mila a blessing would be an outrageous understatement. Mila has brought the most beautiful colors into our world and cracked wide open a part of our hearts we didn’t even know existed. She offered us unlimited grace as we stumbled through learning how to be parents and showed us a kind of love that is hard to put into words. Her sweet, patient heart is something I’m not entirely sure either of our family lines can really take credit for. But for now, will simply say we thank God for her every day and we are so thankful she was born on this day 10 years ago. We love watching you fly high and can’t wait to see where you will soar to in this lifetime. Adore you Mila-roo - Happy 10th Birthday babygirl 💗

What an incredible day in Pensacola! We are beyond grateful for the support and vision of @cityofpensacola and @stateofflorida. Yesterday marked a historic milestone as we officially opened the American Magic High Performance Facility @portofpensacola. This cutting-edge hub of technology and innovation allows us to design, build, and race the fastest boats in the world, while also expanding our presence in the aerospace industry. Special thanks to the DeVos family—your unwavering dedication made this all possible. I am fortunate to have the best teammates in the world and am deeply thankful for each of them, as well as my amazing wife @chrissylamond, who encourages me to chase my dreams. 10 Year Anniversary & undoubtedly more in love than when we first said “I do.”

These last 10 years of Marriage have seen some truly remarkable highs and unexpected lows, but the unwavering constant regardless of situation is you right by my side. This life that we are building with our 3 beautiful children is something I could have only dreamed of when I was a kid. You challange me, you encourage me, you inspire me, you give my heart & my mind an unworldly peace. All these years and all these children later, and you still give me butterflies. Happy 40th Birthday to the LOML ❤️🥳

At the risk of sounding geriatric, it feels like we just celebrated your 30th birthday last week! …which is testament to how fun it is doing life with you. And yet the ground you’ve covered in 10 years has been what most would hope to achieve in a lifetime. Professionally, your achievements speak volumes for themselves and I won’t embarrass you by shining any more light on them. We’ve created and welcomed 3 beautiful new souls and helped them grow + thrive into incredible kids. I’ve had the privilege of watching you become the most caring & hands-on father to them, providing for and teaching them how to be successful in their own lives. You’ve taken on half & whole marathons and started setting your sights on aggressively (borderline mentally unstable) difficult ultra MTB & road bike racing challenges.

At 40 years old you’ve accomplished a lifetime of achievements, and yet your training would suggest you’re aging in reverse + your professional achievements would suggest you’re only just getting warmed up. To stand by your side and watch you become the incredible man you are today has been the privilege of a lifetime. I can’t say enough how blessed I am that you’re on this earth and so greatful you were born this day!
