POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Yesterday, on International Women’s Day, we planted 83 trees.

Each tree represents one of the 83 women who lost their lives to domestic abuse.
83 lives. 83 stories. 83 futures taken far too soon.

While many mark the day with words, we chose action creating a living reminder in our community that these lives mattered and that this issue still demands our attention.

We were honoured to have our Charity Ambassador Miss England Grace Richardson and students from Leicester University's Hindu Society join us.

These trees stand not only in remembrance, but as a promise:
that we will speak up, stand together, and refuse to stay silent when something is wrong.

My final Instagram post of the year personally— and one I’ll carry with me for life.

I’m deeply honoured to have received what is, without question, one of the most meaningful awards of my journey:
The Gentlemen of the Heart Award @gentlemenofheartawards

This recognition is given to men who actively uplift, protect, and champion women — and I receive it with humility and responsibility.

Through our work with The Vayyu Foundation, and across the projects I’ve been privileged to lead, I’ve always believed that when women rise, humanity rises. Equality isn’t a slogan — it’s a daily practice.

I was raised by an extraordinarily strong woman.
She shaped my values, my empathy, my fire, and my sense of justice.
Because of her, I see the feminine not as something to be dominated or diminished — but as something divine.

In my eyes, she is Shakti.
The creative force.
The life-giver.
The power that builds, heals, and transforms worlds.

This award is not a finish line — it’s a reminder.
To keep showing up.
To keep listening.
To keep creating spaces where women are safe, seen, respected, and celebrated.

I step into the new year carrying this honour not on my shelf — but in my actions.

With gratitude. With purpose. With heart

🌐 “Global Moves, Local Lessons: Journaling a Season of Possibility”

🍁 Canada’s autumn reminds me that change can be beautiful, every leaf shifting into a new shade, every path opening to something fresh.

🌲✨ Nature whispers lessons of resilience, harmony, and renewal… and these are the colours we carry forward into the journeys yet to come. 💛🌎

In less than a week I’m setting off on a challenge that means the world to me. On September 19th, at 51 years young, I’ll start my journey up Snowdon at 4a.m., and my goal is to reach the top of Cadair Idris within 24 hours—by walking, running, and yes, skateboarding my way across 100 kilometers of Welsh landscape.

Why am I doing this? It’s not just about the Foxyroks spirit of adventure—though that’s a big part of it. Four years ago, before I got sober, my own mental health was in a really dark place. I was isolated, struggling daily, and it was thanks to one person reaching out that I found the help I needed. Now, four years on at 51 years old, 1.5 stone lighter after six months of training, I’m stronger and fitter than I’ve been in years. And I’m channeling that journey into something bigger: raising funds for men’s mental health and celebrating my four years of sobriety.

With £1,300 raised so far in collaboration with U-Earth, we’ll be using these funds to run men’s mental health retreats next spring. This isn’t just a challenge; it’s a mission to give back and to show that no matter where you start, you can always climb to a better place.

Thank you all for your support—every bit of encouragement and every donation means the world. Let’s do this together to improve the limited opportunities and resources out there to support men’s mental health.

Thank you so much for the heartfelt donations so far. Please go to the link in my bio to help us raise some more cash in the last week.

Massive, massive thank you to my two branded sponsors @klatchco and @liberalisx Also to my good friend @ritikkratzel and @desi_skates for inspiring me and helping me believe that this is all possible.

As much as I won’t show it, I am quite rightly nervous about this challenge and giving it the respect that it deserves - I do not want to be calling out mountain rescue!!!!

🌍✨ Our @uearthproject family came together with the amazing team at Pure Table Top for a powerful day of connection, reflection, and purpose.

From the very start, UEARTH was formed with one mission in mind: to bring people and planet closer together through action, education, and community. What keeps us moving forward are moments like these—when companies step up through their CSR commitments, allowing us to expand our work in schools, rivers, oceans, and communities that need it most.

🙌 A massive thank you to @pure_tabletop for not only backing our mission but also rolling up your sleeves and being present with us. Your support helps us plant seeds of change—whether that’s clearing plastic pollution, building sustainable futures, or inspiring the next generation of changemakers.

💙 Every act of corporate responsibility creates ripples of hope. And together, those ripples grow into waves.

Big thanks to @vegvancommunityfarmcic

Forever grateful. Forever united. 🌊✨

✨🌱 Today on the farm with @pure_tabletop and Josie from @nowhypnotherapy.sfh was nothing short of magic. Surrounded by nature, purpose, and incredible people, I felt so much gratitude flow through me.

To see this movement grow from a spark into something real, alive, and full of heart leaves me beyond inspired. 💚 Every session reminds me that when we come together with love, vision, and intention, we create ripples that stretch far beyond what we can imagine.

With absolute gratitude and love in my heart today — for the land, for the people, and for this journey we are building together. 🌍💫

Big shout out to @vegvancommunityfarmcic 🙏

🌊 Never Stop Believing ✨

From a small idea on the shoreline to a global conservation force…
From plastic clean-ups to empowering young pilots to touch the sky…
From ocean lovers to a movement that’s rewriting what’s possible. 💫

UOCEAN was born from a belief that one person can make a difference.
Today, we’re building coral reefs, training the next generation of conservationists, and flying new dreams with the Heights of Possibility project. 🛩️🌍

It’s not just about cleaning oceans.
It’s about restoring hope.
Creating careers.
Shifting mindsets.
And proving that when we come together, there are no limits.

To every volunteer, student, supporter, and believer:
This is your story too.

Keep going.
Keep believing.
We’re just getting started. 💙 by @uearthproject
