Got to see my guy Ed Sheehan today. He’s done so much for me and my family! My 1st coach, let me into the Boys & Girls Club at 5 years old when I wasn’t old enough to be in there, gave me my first job, gave me the keys to the gym, now some 25 years later he’s letting my niece work out at the club. Forever my dude 👊🏾 by @umcoachkeem

My all-time favorite quote, from one of the greatest leaders that ever lived. He stayed true to the non-violent civil rights movement through challenge & controversy. #yallcanhaveanatheltegivemeaking #myrolemodel by @umcoachkeem
