Time to break this cycle of self-destruction. In solidarity with Dia Mirza and all champions of commonsense. #funfact : Crackers were invented in ancient China! by @unboxed_me

You really cannot imagine how much sharing this post will help me and give me hope as a mother of four children whom I take care of alone

and I am responsible for all obligations after the people closest to us abandoned us.

I ask you to stand in solidarity with me as a single mother and help me share the post and press the four buttons on the screen

#chalodilli :Very few people remember now what it was like to watch @rahulgandhi walk day after day with thousands milling around him..across the length and breadth of India at a time of utter hopelessness and unmitigated darkness. #bharatjodoyatra was an assertion of defiant hope. Of the fact that India had more love running in its veins than hate. That it wanted to heal. To walk together. To take on divisive forces not with ugly aggression but a united, syncretic energy. I remember watching the yatra every single day..and feeling something I had not felt in years. Joy. I wanted to hug this India. And keep it safe. These visuals coming from Delhi feel equally joyous. To all those who walked then and are gathering today....thank you. Thank you and please stay safe because the battle for India's soul is far from over. by @unboxed_me

From last month : What can be more miraculous than finding yourself in the middle of a soul-satisfying conversation with sculptor and artist @menondimpy about why humans create art and choose hope over despondency. The craving for more such conversations remains constant. As does the search for places like @mapbangalore where the soul feels anchored and at home. by @unboxed_me

This is beyond terrible. We cannot ladyolivialee ignore this. We will not turn away. Everyone can do SOMETHING, even if it is simply taking a minute and leaving some words, it is something. Do whatever you can. It matters! by @unboxed_me

Have you heard the news? 📢
The reality in Gaza right now is devastating. Bakeries have shut down, borders and crossings are completely closed, and vital humanitarian aid has been stopped. Millions are facing an unprecedented crisis. Please share to raise awareness😭

My dear friends, we are still in trouble. We have not yet been able to collect the amount required to pay the rent for the house. As you saw, Ahmed, we are all worried about the owner of the house. We do not know whether he will wait on us, ask us to pay immediately, or evict us. We really need your help. Please do not watch the video and ignore it.

Just a little help may protect Ahmed from homelessness🥺

Please don't scroll his past the message ❤️🫂 by @unboxed_me

We should not be shocked however by how protestors, especially young women and girls are being policed today on the streets of Delhi. The tear gas attacks, the use of pellet guns and right wing goons, disruptive, gaslighting reporters, assaults on women, lathi charge on citizenry and the internet blockage have happened in some form or other to 'others' in India over the last 12 years and more. The only difference is that now we cannot look away any more. Even if we wanted to.

Dear @rahulgandhi ..after watching women and girls being assaulted, beaten, bruised and groped over the last few days on the streets of Delhi..the sight of a man shielding two women from a jostling crowd soothed my nerves. Do please now ask the Bangalore police why it's obstructing peaceful protests against the CEC. And manhandling protestors. Thanks in advance from a fellow Indian who has followed your journey with a lot of hope.Jai Hind🇮🇳 by @unboxed_me

Is there any system in place to ensure the safety of those who have been beaten and detained? Does mobilising a protest also come with the responsibility of ensuring the safety of those who show up? Who is looking out for the girls who were brutalised and groped and grabbed by the neck? For the boy who had a panic attack in detention? The 15-year old who was dragged in front of Rana Ayyub? by @unboxed_me
