Join Underdog every Wednesday for our open track meetup sessions at Oak Bay Rec Centre Track, starting at 6:00 PM.

This isn’t a coached running session. It’s an opportunity to meet other runners and crush your (speed) workout in a fun, inclusive and supportive environment. Bring your own workout plan, some water, headphones (if you want), and let’s crush some K’s together! We post a few workout ideas the day before if you’re looking for inspiration, but we know many people have them as part of their training plans for races. You can find them on the highlight on our page as well from weeks past. Hope to see you out there! taken in Oak Bay Track by @underdogspeedproject

Join @underdogspeedproject and @frontrunnersvic in kicking off @runvictoriamarathon weekend with a 5K shakeout run followed by Victoria’s first ever running trivia game show, Race Pace! 🧠

With @joshualauerphotography and @hbatuhankaya hosting the show, you know it will be an evening of chaos (in the best way possible). 🎤

3 contestants will go head to head for the running trivia supremacy crown. Come for the 5K. Stay for the trivia. Get some tasty running goodies from @xactnutrotion, and try on some shoes from @altrarunning. Leave with some laughs and maybe a prize. Ready to play? Register for free at the link in our bio! 🔗 taken in Frontrunners Victoria by @underdogspeedproject

That “fall marathon” you’ve been planning for is here at last. For some of the dawgs, it’s @berlinmarathon on Sunday, and for others it’s @runvictoriamarathon in a few short weeks. Regardless, it’s fun for everyone as we get faster, stronger, and better TOGETHER, one lap at a time 👾🏃🙌
