Charcoal Ice Cream Smoky & Creamy We start with an ice cream base from @undergroundcreamery , then introduce fully lit charcoal embers at their hottest point to gently infuse the base with a deep, toasted flavor reminiscent of s’mores. Finished with a touch of Salvatore olive oil, adding richness and a savory contrast to the sweetness. by @undergroundcreamery
