Still putting the pieces together from this year’s US Open!

Had another opportunity to see @cocogauff live!
I think the best part of this project was actually building the puzzle with @lil.jamjam

With the release of the new Macbook Neo. I finally felt inspired to do a tech campaign. Over the last year I’ve expressed my constant disappointment for tech videos that leans towards a “clean, polished and muted colors” aesthetic.

When I was a kid, opening up a new device was an exciting experience that compels the whole family to witness. But I think that excitement has been missing for the last few years. I understand that part of that comes from tech products becoming more commonplace in our life. But as a creative, I wouldn’t say that the marketing has helped with that effect either.

However with the new Macbook Neo campaign, I again felt that same familair novelty I had, when my younger self and my little sister unboxed our family computer. I hope that this project is able to convey that same excitement to you, about technological advancement, about fun, and most importantly, about family.

We’ve always been a fan of how @Pharrell uses colors in his design. And if you know me, I try to associate myself with this specific color scheme very often in my projects. So when we saw this new drop, it felt like the perfect opportunity to test out some textures and lighting plans we have been sharing with each other. Hope you guys enjoy!

CD: Manas Sinha

Public Service Request for @nycmayor
For 1 quarter you get to play your songs while waiting for the light!

Recently we’ve been toying around with making original designs. We put practicality as an after thought and that’s what makes these projects fun to create. There is freedom in letting logic take a back seat when creating.
