Have you ever hated a piece you made, but someone else loved it?

I know I have.

There are times I look at something I’ve made and only see the flaws, the parts I wish I could redo.
But then… someone else sees it differently. They connect to it. They love what I couldn’t.

💡 It’s a reminder that what feels imperfect to us might be exactly what someone else needed.

Your doubt doesn’t erase the value of your art. Trust that it can carry meaning beyond what you see in it.

Breathe in and pause.

Somewhere along the way, we started believing we should already be further along. Further ahead, further healed, further finished. So we rush and we push because there's always something else waiting.

But right now, in this exact moment, just breathe in.

Push away at the rubble. The doubt, the comparison, the pile of should-haves that's been stacking up. You don't have to clear it all today. Just make enough space to see where you're standing.

You are not behind. You are not late. You are exactly where you need to be. 🤍

Today I hosted my first in-person retreat. It was absolutely incredible. It was a creative reset using sound, movement and breath.

Huge thanks to @shamanicpriestess who inspired me to host this after I did the Way Out (deep shamanic healing with Ruth). The retreat was at Ruth’s place in Ludlow, which is magic !

Thanks to all our guests, it was the most amazing group of people. Thanks to @sharongriffinart for being by my side. Huge thanks to @wild_wolf_movement and @beau_lyla_oliver_healing for delivering amazing sessions for us.

You don't need to compete or be better than anyone else - or even do what everyone else is doing.

My manra is find your voice and find your people as there is a place for everyone in the artworld, and you create it !
