ANTI-BULLYING & SELF-DEFENSE SEMINAR

Build Confidence. Learn Awareness. Stand Up for Yourself and Others.

Our Kids Anti-Bullying Seminar is designed to give children practical tools to handle difficult situations with confidence, respect, and good judgment.

- 30-MINUTE DISCUSSION

Kids will learn about:

Conflict resolution
De-escalation and calming tense situations
The importance of kindness and respect
Recognizing unsafe situations
Building a positive self-defense mindset
When to walk away and when to ask for help
- 45-MINUTE TECHNIQUE & APPLICATION

After the discussion, kids will get on the mats to practice age-appropriate techniques and scenarios focused on awareness, creating space, staying calm, and safely responding to physical situations.

The goal isn't to teach kids to fight — it's to teach them how to think, communicate, stay safe, and have the confidence to handle challenging situations.

Come learn how to be strong, confident, respectful, and prepared.

United Arts Summer Camp 2026 is a wrap! 🥋☀️

What started as another summer turned into weeks filled with so many memories, laughs, friendships, and moments we’ll carry with us long after camp ends. Watching our UA kids grow, learn, try new things, and make memories together has been so special.

JUDO SEMINAR UPDATE 📢

We’re sorry to share that tomorrow’s Judo Seminar has been postponed to AUGUST 29TH @ 12 PM, right after Team Day.

Unfortunately, our instructor, Tunc, is currently under the weather and won’t be able to teach the seminar tomorrow. We sincerely apologize for the last-minute change and any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that we are still running regular classes and normal schedule tomorrow! ‼️

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and flexibility with us! We’re looking forward to seeing everyone on AUGUST 29TH 12PM!
