We’ll be hanging with our dear friends @augustines_pizza_club over at @carrsciderhouse this weekend! We’ll be making a wonderful farro and watermelon salad using produce from @preservationorchardfarm ! Watermelons, cucumbers, tropea onions all grown right on site! To recap: incredible wood fired pizzas, watermelon salads, gelato, a fantastic selection of hard ciders from the orchard as well as fresh fruit sodas and shrubs and BABY GOATS. taken in Carr's Ciderhouse by @unmifood

While the heat has been a struggle here in Paris this week, it has been lovely to see friends and to see my Korean name and birth and adoption dates on a moving artwork by @rajavtarstudio Each pair of traditional shoes represents the journey of one child from Korea who ended up on distant shores and helps to connect us to one another and to our shared pasts. taken in Paris, France by @unmifood

Last pop-up until August! We’ll be at @masamexicano tonight at 5PM until we run out of food. We sold all of the vegan lemongrass chicken last night so the only sandwich will be the vegan pork belly bahn mi. We’ll also have about 60 steamed plant based pork belly bao! by @unmifood

Sandwich pop-up this Sunday at 3PM, and Monday at 5PM! We’ll be at @masamexicano in Florence, in addition to the vegan pork belly banh mi we’ll have a vegan lemongrass chicken version, and 40 vegan pandan chia puddings and 25 gluten free brown butter cardamom cherry tea cakes per night as well! Pop-Up Alert! We’ll be at @masamexicano next Sunday and Monday (May 17th and 18th) and we’ll be adding our gluten-free steamed buns featuring the vegan pork belly we use in our banh mi sandwich. We’ll also have a plant-based lemongrass chicken banh mi as well. Sunday will start at 3PM and go until we run out and Monday is likely to start at 5PM! by @unmifood

Thai Basil “Chicken” Congee.
Plant-based yuba chicken, Thai basil glaze, cilantro salsa verde, toasted peanuts, almonds and sesame seeds, jammy egg. We are hoping to add this for our next pop-ups, to be announced soon! by @unmifood

Just a quick programming note: Round two of our Bao Bar pop-up at @subrosa.botanica will be a go on Thursday night starting at 5PM! The third iteration of Bao Bar will take place in November on a date yet to be determined. It was a delight to see so many familiar faces last week and look forward to slinging plant-based, gluten-free char siu bao again this Thursday! Like this little animation?
