Thank you to Rae Ann Gruver and Evelyn Piazza for sharing their stories and helping our campus community better understand the devastating impact of hazing.

Hazing affects more than just the people directly involved. It affects families, organizations, and our entire campus community. Preventing it starts with education, awareness, and having the courage to speak up.

Huge shoutout to our VP of SLC, @charlie_klap for all his hard work, and thank you to everyone who came out and helped make this important conversation possible.

At UofL, there is no place for hazing.

Some conversations are too important to miss.

Join us Wednesday, September 23 at 6:00 PM in the SAC Multipurpose Room for Love, Mom & Dad: A Conversation About Hazing Prevention.

Hear from Evelyn Piazza and Rae Ann Gruver, two mothers who lost their sons to fraternity hazing and have dedicated themselves to preventing it from happening to others.

Hazing affects our entire campus community. Everyone has a role in understanding its impact, speaking up, and looking out for one another.

We invite all UofL students, Greek and non-Greek, to attend and be part of this important conversation.
