Current Class Schedule | UOJ

Adult classes include Basics, All Levels, Adult Rounds, Wrestling for Jiu Jitsu, and Open Mat, with Gi and No-Gi training throughout the week.

Our kids program includes Little Kids, Kids, and Competition Training, with Gi and No-Gi classes.

Kids Schedule Update: Kids classes will remain at 4:30 PM for the rest of this week. Beginning Monday, September 28, we’ll transition to our new schedule with separate age groups.

It all started with a vision.

A vision to create a space built from the accumulation of all our experiences, the good and the bad, throughout our own Jiu Jitsu journeys.

We took everything we loved from the places we’ve been, learned from the things we believed could be better, and set out to build something of our own.

From day one, the mission was bigger than just good Jiu Jitsu.

We wanted to create a safe space. A place where anyone who walks through our doors feels welcome, supported, encouraged, and challenged to become better. A place that feels less like a gym and more like a family. A place you can call home.

Today, a year and a half into this journey, we can proudly say that vision is becoming a reality.

Good Jiu Jitsu is great.
Technical evolution is great.
Winning is great.

But being surrounded by good people is the best part of all.

Thank you to every person who has stepped on these mats, trusted us, supported us, and helped shape the culture of this academy. You are what makes this place what it is.

We’re proud of what we’re building together.

And we’re just getting started. 🙌

One year down, many more to go. 🥋🌊

Yesterday was a great day celebrating one year anniversary of UOJ with our community. So grateful for everyone who came out, supports us and for those who couldn’t make it, you were missed! Our academy has been more than just a place to learn jiu jitsu. We’ve supported each other on the mats, but more importantly - off the mats as well.

Our growth is largely possible because our students, friends and members have helped in ways that can’t be measured. From helping us with handyman projects, to cleaning the mats, to recommending your friends to come - it doesn’t go un-noticed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 🫶
