Random facts about me:

I was proudly born and raised in NYC. I grew up in the village when it was a bohemian treasure trove of unconventionality. I later went to boarding school in Massachusetts - hence the subtle accent most people can’t place!

My mom was a successful fashion designer (still so proud of her), and it inspired me to follow her path. She taught me how to sketch and how to discern good design, which influenced my love for fashion, interior design, and architecture.

I moved to Europe and lived there for about 6 years- Paris, Milan, and London. I picked up Italian while in Italy, and while I loved living there, Paris is my first, lasting love. I was so enamored with the city I would walk for miles rather than take the metro. During one of my walks, a fashion photographer discovered me and encouraged me to model, which I did for a few years.

Back in NYC, I studied Wing Chun kung fu and received my green belt! Kung fu was surprisingly meditative and improved my confidence. I became so enthralled in it that just by my vibe, other martial artists could tell I was a student of kung fu, which was prob one of my proudest accomplishments!

While in NYC, I eventually found real estate and loved the freedom and limitless possibilities it provided. But when the market crashed in 2008, I sold my apartment and moved to LA in 2010. Surprising myself and all of my friends, I fell IN LOVE with LA. I love the juxtaposition of grit and beauty here….and the weather too ;)

Acting had become a passion of mine over the years and led to meeting my too-good-to-be-true husband in LA, who owns an acting studio in Hollywood.

It’s a blessing to be still doing real estate in a city that has become my favorite, and after 11 years of still doing it, I’m still so excited for more!

Oh, and I sing and do ballet too! 😜 taken in Los Angeles, California by @urbane_la

8323 Blackburn Ave
Los Angeles
2 Bed/ 2 Bath
$3695/Mo.

Set back and just high enough to feel above the fray, this 1930s upper unit is all ease. Think: original hardwood floors that have seen stories unfold, barrel ceilings that know how to hold a little drama, and windows—so many windows—that pull in the kind of golden-hour light that flatters everyone, even your houseplants.

The living room sets the tone—airy, elegant, and just theatrical enough to make your morning coffee feel like an entrance.

The kitchen is grounded in terra cotta tile and deep wood cabinetry with the kind of character you just can’t fake. Long tiled counters offer ample space for your Le Creuset or your Postmates, depending on the mood and the week you’ve had.

The bedroom is sweet, sunlit, and wrapped in charm, with closets that seem to multiply and a softness that invites sleep, dreaming, or at the very least, some excellent texting. The bath keeps it vintage—subway tile, pedestal sink, and light that understands the assignment.

Set in a classic Craftsman triplex with gated entry and a sense of calm that’s getting harder to find, this apartment offers more than just good bones. It offers good timing. Because right outside your door? The Silver Lake Reservoir. Maru matcha. Sunset Junction strolls. Spontaneous bookstore detours. And that feeling that maybe, just maybe, you’re right where you’re supposed to be.

1 Bed/1 Bath
$2650/Mo.

Set back and just high enough to feel above the fray, this 1930s upper is doing a lot of things right.

Original hardwood floors. Barrel ceilings with a little drama. Windows everywhere, pulling in the kind of golden-hour light that flatters everyone, including your houseplants.

The kitchen keeps its character with terra cotta tile, deep wood cabinetry, and long tiled counters with room for the Le Creuset or the Postmates. No judgment.

The bedroom is sunny and soft, with closets that seem to multiply. The bath stays properly vintage with subway tile, a pedestal sink, and very good light.

All tucked inside a classic Craftsman triplex with gated entry, just moments from the Silver Lake Reservoir, Maru, Sunset Junction, bookstore detours, and the particular pleasure of being able to walk somewhere you actually want to go.

1930s charm, excellent light, and Silver Lake right outside the door. That’ll do nicely. taken in Silverlake, Los Angeles by @urbane_la
