The abandoned Celestial “Elvis” Penthouse suite. Once considered the world’s most expensive hotel suite, it hosted names like Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, and Muhammad Ali. Decades later, it remains frozen in time.

801 st Joseph pkwy, Houston’s most obvious bando. The 30 floor abandoned skyscraper is one of Houston’s most well known abandoned buildings. Sitting in the center of downtown, just about every houston resident has heard of it. It shut down in 1998 and has been rotting away ever since. Definitely not the coolest spot I’ve been to but definitely the one with the most memories.

This abandoned church has been standing for decades, and even though it’s no longer in use, there’s still a lot left to appreciate. From the architecture to the small details throughout the building, you can tell it meant a lot to the community at one point. It’s always interesting seeing places like this frozen in time and imagining everything they’ve been through.

Rooftopping and climbing the king and queen buildings.

Unfortunately we did get caught up on the way down but not charged. Did make the news though…
