We really do have it all this week... Tom McDermott isn’t just a pianist — he’s a walking encyclopedia of New Orleans music with a playful streak and a deep, restless creativity. While Millie and Candy may sound sweet, they're anything but. With gator teeth guitar picks and dynamite drumsticks, they've been howling their way through dive bars, juke-joints, and revered venues from fracture all the way to Vegas. Mixing a batch of gumbo blues with flavors from Mississippi John Hurt, Gary P. Nunn, Gregg Allman, and more. Washboard Chaz is known for his engaging stage presence and ability to captivate audiences with his rhythmic, soulful washboard playing. His music is deeply rooted in the blues tradition, but he also incorporates elements of jazz, country, and other genres into his performances. Chaz's contribution to New Orleans' music scene has garnered him local and international recognition, making him a beloved figure in the city's rich musical heritage. Uriel is a talented musician based in Louisiana, drawing inspiration from blues, jazz, R&B, and rock and roll. Her passion for music led her to dedicate her life to singing, songwriting, and creating music that spreads love and light to everyone she encounters. Through her music, Uriel continues to make a positive impact, inspiring others through creativity, authenticity, and a deep love for the art of music. (Ticket links in bio) by @uriel__993
