Some friendships don’t start when you meet. They start long before that. Somewhere in the timeline. Somewhere in the universe.
In 2014, in Leipzig, Stefanie and I attended our first JCI World Congress. We were both there. We never met. In 2018, in Goa, Ulla attended her first JCI World Congress. Stefanie was there too. Again, same place, different timelines. Then came 2024. Taoyuan. Three women running for JCI Vice President. Three intense minds. Three different worlds. One Negroni. That night, somewhere between leadership conversations, exhaustion and impossible dreams, a new journey quietly started. Then came Saint Louis. Luxembourg. Herning. Tunis. Shorter reunions in The Hague, Ulaanbaatar and Chișinău. Airports. Debriefs. Strategy talks. Emotional support disguised as cocktails. And after a chaotic 2025, we finally decided to do something radical: Absolutely nothing productive.

So a lady from Haarlem, one from Oulu, and one from Bucharest ended up in Milan for three days of friendship, chaos and Campari-fueled philosophy. We discovered the smallest bar in the world. Had a celebratory lunch with a Duomo view. Listened to live jazz at Blue Note. And somewhere along the way, the bartenders started experimenting with us. They mixed Negronis with a touch of Bloody Mary, looked at us for a second… and named the cocktail after us: “The Negrony Society.” Which honestly sounds less like a cocktail and more like a glamorous little cult of brilliant women romanticizing life at full volume. Now we’re casually discussing opening a headquarters in Capri. A permanent home for the friendship, and the cocktail, that somehow became part of our mythology. Why not.

🔥Waara 2022🔥

Hitsi vie tätä nuorkauppakamaritoimintaa! Nyt oon jo matkalla Turkuun A-alueen aluevaalikokoukseen, mutta mikäpäs sen parempi aika muistella viime viikonlopun Itä- ja Pohjois-Suomen aluevaalikokousta Kolin kansallisromanttisissa maisemissa.

Vuosi aluejohtajana on ollut mulle ihan huikea elämys ja oppimiskokemus. Tuntuu ihan hullulta, että siitä todella on vain vuosi kun minut valittiin meidän huipun D-alueen aluejohtajaksi! Kaikki meidän 14 paikallispuheenjohtajaa kamareineen sekä tän vuoden ihan älytön aluetiimi on tehnyt todella hyvää duunia koko vuoden, vaikka tämäkään vuosi ei missään nimessä ole ollut haasteeton. Rakastan teitä kaikkia ihan hulluna! Ja kiitos taas maailman paras aluesihteeri Kaisa @kaisla_m, kun pidit virallisesta rumbasta ja aluejohtajasta huolen läpi viikonlopun 💕

Ihan järjetön kiitos Joensuun Nuorkauppakamari koko syksyn ja etenkin viime viikonlopun järjestelyistä! Pitäkäähän ihan kunnon karonkka, sillä olette sen todellakin ansainneet 🙌

Meillä oli tänä vuonna todella jännittävät vaalit etenkin allekirjoittaneen seuraajasta. Oli mahtavaa seurata vaaleja, kun pystyi luottamaan siihen, että tuloksesta riippumatta meidän alue tulee kehittymään ensi vuonna yhä edelleen eteenpäin. Onnea Miika @miikamon ja sun aluetiimi - teillä on tosi kova jengi kasassa myös ensi vuodelle 💎

Vaalien lisäksi meillä oli jännittävä debattikisa, jota oli munkin kunnia olla tuomaroimassa! Keynotet ja koulutukset inspiroi meidän jäsenistöä syksyn duunihommiin ja johan oli unohtumattomat juhlat! Vielä kerran onnea meidän alueen tuoreimmalle senaattorille Jannelle! On ihan parasta, et oot tänä vuonna ollu aluetiimissä, ja että oot sparraamassa rovaniemeläisiä, deeläisiä ja kaikkia suomalaisia nuorkauppakamarilaisia myös hamaan tappiin asti!

Viime viikonloppuna Suomen Nuorkauppakamareiden Keskusliitto 2022 kokoontui Kalajoella työstämään ensi vuoden toimintasuunnitelmia ja muita yhteisiä suuntaviivoja.

Oli ihan parasta ja iso kunnia saada koko kööri meidän D-alueelle @maritassamoi johdolla, ja ei voi muuta kuin odottaa todella innolla mitä kaikkea ensi vuosi tuo tullessaan! Niin etänä kuin livenä mukana ollut jengi on täynnä huipputyyppejä ❤️ taken in Kalajoen hiekkasärkät by @ururan
