We are overjoyed to announce the Grand Reopening of Armavir Urgent Care, a facility that has been at the heart of our community since its establishment in the 1940s. Serving 4,000 local residents and now extending care to over 3,000 recently arrived Artsakh refugees, this reopening marks a new chapter in our commitment to providing essential healthcare services. Thanks to the unwavering support of the Armenian Diaspora and our generous donors, Armavir Urgent Care has undergone a complete transformation. The facility has been fully remodeled to ensure that we can continue to meet the needs of our growing community with the highest standard of care. Significant improvements include: • The replacement of a 50-year-old septic tank • Reconstruction of crumbling stairs • EKG machines • Vital Signs Monitor • Hospital beds • Ward Screens • IV Stands • Waiting room furniture • File cabinets • New windows Framing • 17 window blinds • New bathroom • New flooring • Ceiling and Ceiling Light Panels • 5 New sinks • Water and electricity lines • New Kitchen • Numerous other essential upgrades These renovations have revitalized Armavir Urgent Care, making it nearly unrecognizable compared to its previous state. None of this would have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our construction teams, who poured their expertise and effort into every detail. Their commitment has turned our vision into a reality, creating a space that we can all be proud of. We are immensely grateful to everyone who contributed to this project, from our donors to the skilled workers who brought our plans to life. A Hospital on the Border – A Call to Heal Getashen 🇦🇲❤️ Nestled on the fragile border between Armenia and Turkey, Getashen Hospital stands as the only lifeline for three neighboring villages—separated from Turkey only by the Aras River, a symbol of our people’s resilience. Built in 2001, this small hospital serves over 4,200 people but is now in heartbreaking condition—rusted doors, broken windows, crumbling walls, no heating, no proper plumbing. Our parents, grandparents, and children deserve better. Project Complete: 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐫 (𝐊𝐇𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐍) at Spitak Kakhak Zivnorakan Panteon 🇦🇲 ⁣ We are humbled and honored to announce the completion of the Khoran (Altar) at Spitak Kakhak Zivnorakan Panteon, built in memory of the 21 brave heroes who gave their lives during the 44-day Artsakh War. 🇦🇲💔 ⁣ This sacred altar, inspired by the architecture of Surp Sarkis Church, stands as a powerful symbol of sacrifice, faith, and unity. It is a project led by the parents of our fallen heroes—determined to ensure that their sons’ legacies live on in a place of peace, prayer, and remembrance.⁣ ⁣ Every person who contributed to this project will be eternally remembered, with their name inscribed on a Khachkar within the church. 🕊️ ⁣ To everyone who supported this mission—thank you. Together, we built more than just stone and mortar. 𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐑 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋⁣⁣ MILITARY TRAINING PROGRAM⁣⁣ Building Discipline, Leadership, and Teamwork⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ In 2023, we proudly completed the Armavir School renovation project—transforming classrooms and bathrooms into safe, functional, and inspiring spaces for students.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ As part of the renovation, we also introduced a dedicated room for students to receive basic military training—designed to instill discipline, leadership, and teamwork. In addition, we opened a Military Science Classroom where students can explore the fundamentals of military theory, tactics, strategy, defense, and diplomacy.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This program, also known as Military Studies, allows students to be organized into squads and practice essential skills such as:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS:⁣⁣ 1. Rifle Disassembly & Assembly⁣⁣ Learn to safely and efficiently handle military-grade equipment through proper rifle breakdown and assembly techniques.⁣⁣ 2. Tower Capturing Training⁣⁣ Practice strategy, precision, and coordination in a controlled simulation of tactical tower capturing exercises.⁣⁣ 3. Wounded Soldier Transportation⁣⁣ Gain skills in battlefield first aid and emergency response by learning how to safely transport an injured comrade under pressure.⁣⁣ 4. Overcoming Obstacles⁣⁣ Improve agility, strength, and problem-solving as you face a series of challenging military-style physical obstacles.⁣⁣ 5. Shooting Training⁣⁣ Train in marksmanship fundamentals with a focus on accuracy, posture, safety, and control.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It’s incredibly rewarding to see our vision come to life in this video.
