In honour of our sweet little princess, Jonia, we’re taking on the Red Nose Red, Set, Go Challenge this August! 🕊️✨

We’ll be walking/running 3km a day throughout the month to help raise vital funds for research to save little lives, and to support families navigating the unimaginable heartbreak of losing a child.

Now, anyone who knows me knows cardio is not my forte… but for this cause and for my girl, I’ll do anything. ❤️🏃‍♀️

We’d love for anyone to join us along the way! Whether you’re able to donate big or small, or simply share this post to spread the word, we appreciate your love and support more than you know. 💓

In loving memory of our daughter, Jonia, we’re spending the month of August raising funds for Red Nose Australia.

To help us hit our $2,000 goal, I’ve put a challenge on the line: if we reach target, I’ll be running a 42km solo marathon at Fortitude Drive athletics facility on Sunday, August 30th.

Big or small, every single donation means the world to us. It all goes toward supporting grieving families and funding crucial research to help save precious little lives. ❤️

I’d say I’ve lost a bunch of fat and stored water so time to build the muscles back up‼️🦍

Don’t regret the running/hyrox journey 1 bit📈

Wow, what a month! ❤️

What a journey it’s been. Super proud of you my love @tagatak_ and everything you’ve accomplished throughout this month. Truly blessed to be doing life with you ❤️

Massive love and thank you to everyone who has supported us in any way 🙌🏽 We appreciate everything you’ve done, not only for us, but most importantly for the cause and for our princess Jonia. Knowing the many little lives and families you’ve helped along the way is something so special and honestly overwhelming.

As I said, this concludes the challenge, but not the journey. We keep pushing, keep growing and keep moving forward — never backwards! 📈❤️
