Introducing our Pintxo De Pulpo.
Crafted exclusively by Chef @_richardtirado for @ustapasweek , this dish is deeply rooted in Spanish heritage. It beautifully merges two iconic classics: northern Basque Pintxos and Madrid-style patatas bravas. Searing octopus on the plancha is the gold standard of Spanish seafood preparation.
