Such sweetness and beauty
in a weekend celebrating love and connection
For a few days where the ancients meet the sea,
the generous sun and the salty breeze,
my heart is so full and in awe.
Witnessing a marriage
meeting a beautiful community..

I feel so grateful and rich
sharing the sweetest love with this man..
our frequent laughter
a connection that makes my heart sing.
A year that feels like so many more
a newness that feels like a home
a rest and a challenge
a freedom and a safety
a solid flowing love
like honey and earth.

Come geek out with me on my Ice-dying experiments!

Worked on some bedding here..
trying an 8 point mandala fold.
Thinking layering the colors too thin made it look like
a 1 million point fold 😅

Excited to try again for more of a warm autumn look..

Soaking up this Solstice Sun in any way I can.
Even got some water trapping it for me to dip into later 🌈

So I’m sitting here, in an honest amount of sadness, but really being renewed by these hot rays.
The things I want to cry about are being replaced with gratitude and tears of awe and thanks.

The sun, at it highest point to us, does not inspire us to see what we need to fix or change.
Its fullness of expression and glory is owning that in itself.
It’s settling into the most of itself.
(Through our lenses anyway..)

So what about you?
How have you become more fully yourself?
What evolution toward brightness are you actually sitting in now that maybe you didn’t notice before?
Big or small, it’s all big.
It’s something to celebrate,
And to share when you want.
It’s yours and it’s who you are.
How lovely.

Wishing everyone a sweet moment of resting in this of yourselves…
And a deepening of trust in your growth
that you can just be in it.

I’m cheersing to deeper relationships with my children,
more clarity in my communications,
Knowing the sweetest and most grounded of Loves 😘🐻☀️
More confidence in expression and singing,
Adaptability and neutrality when it’s more helpful…

I’m really enjoying sitting in all of this,
not trying to change a damn thing.

Indulging this last full moon with friends
at a Sierra Ferrel show!
Woowee it was a sweet sweet time!
The yellow brick roads were rolled out and we had a full VIP experience!

I wanted to show and tell my latest First!
and give a big ♥️thanks♥️ to @requesting_patience
for bringing me along and walking me through tanning this Wooly Fluff! (This gal is amazing and fun,very skilled and loving in her craft… check her out!!!)

It’s been very fun and challenging to dip into this skill.. and definitely an upper body workout!
Bringing appreciation to an otherwise trashed hide,
bare feet on the ground,
sunning ourselves,
growing friendship,
waking up this primitive act,
Leaving me with a desire for more!
She still needs a smoke and one last grooming, but what a beauty!

In the busy bustle of all things, I forgot to do a proper announcement of our newest Love added to the nest!

Sequoia, “Suki” Nvda (Nuh-Da)

We’ve always loved her but the wavering questions and logistical reasonings came to a full stop around this last Eclipse… hence the namesake Nvda, meaning both sun and moon in the Cherokee language.

She won’t be as large as Sage, thankfully! But her presence isn’t lesser known.

She’ll be a year old in October 🦇 by @va.spear
