Being listed on the #htmiswitzerland instructors' page is a big achievement in my career.
I started out in gastronomy as a dishwasher and I'm a woman, so the spot wasn't just a gift, it is proof that life can be surprising.
Thanks to all the students, the giant senior chefs, the MITs and everybody that tried to help. Here is where practical #education opened the next step for my career 🙂 by @valeria.wildkitchen

20 years later with my first boss and mentor @Luisa Pandolfi. Can't be more happy to have been invited to the party for the 25 years of @leviteletonne. In the quiet Turin city center, it has been a sort of hurricane. Dj, truck foods, gin tonic station, wine tasting, professional photos. It was so well organized to look casual.

The food was amazing, the team young, enthusiastic and so committed to prepare a special present for Luisa: a Gioele tangled up in purple. This is not luck, it is the result of a long term vision, a wise management, the ability to survive bad moments and the investment in young talents. Started a long time ago with a little constraint: no founds 😂❤️
But while the half of Italian restaurant are sinking like stones... Well, we still dance👯‍♂️🥂 taken in Turin, Italy by @valeria.wildkitchen
