When I started Strengthtrips with my wife @helena_williams1 more then 10 years ago.
We didn’t think that we would have so many reacquiring strength clients ..💪😊

Also we didn’t have any clue that we would be travelling with our clients all over world 🌏
Thank you to all our clients for trusting us and believe in us 🙏

The Viking Garden at Hjörleifshöfði.

What an amazing creation by my friend @gudmundurotri He has set up two sets of Fullsterkur sets, one for adults and the other for kids.

Adult set is 74kg 93kg and 148kg.
Kids set is 8kg 20kg and 30kg

The stone with the handle is called Hjörleifssteinn and weighs 201kg.

GrettisGànga is a Conans wheel that weighs about 90kg in your hand.

The reason why we came to Iceland was to travel to Skògar and challenge this “new” set of stones. They are based at the Museum at Skògar.

They are inside of the museum, so a permission is a must.

I got informed by a friend of mine that the three first stones in this reel were historic lifting stones. His mother of 94years took him out and showed him those stones of strength.

They are Amlòdi, Hálfsterkur and Fullsterkur, we didn’t know the order at first, Jimmy lifted Halfstrong first, then Amlòdi and finally Fullstrong. (Based on the feeling of weight)

The last stone in the Reel is the blacksmiths stone. The girl at the museum handed me some papers about that stone and it stated that people thought it would be around 260kg, however its more like 160-170kg.

Feel honoured by revealing those stones to the stone lifting community.

The trip to Iceland with Jimmy that happened because we were challenging new stones at Skògar.

However our first stop was at Vegatorfu Steinn, where we found 2 stones, we were not a 100% on which one it was so Jimmy lifted them both. We searched the area to the best of our ability and we hope that this was right stone and plinth. 😅

However if not.. then this location has two new lifting stones. 😁

The Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Selfie collection!

What a trip with phenomenal company of people. @weinersteven @mchristiansen80 @austinweiner

Starting at the Saddling Mare and working all the way up to Strathmore of Durness.

Everyone put their best efforts forward to shift all of those stones over three days. 16 stones lifted and attempted. We had all sorts of weather 🌦️ but when it mattered the most the sun came out.

Last day of lifting in Japan.

We travelled south of Tokyo for an hour and half only to find out that we weren’t allowed to lift at that shrine, then we headed back up North to the second shrine of the day only to find that the stone was half buried into the ground by a statue, we decided against trying to get it out of the ground.

Then finally we got to the Tabata Shrine where seven lifting stones reside, Heaviest being around 165kg.

You may remember seeing @nonbei.power and @martinslicis lifting the stones at the Tabata Shrine where.

In the evening we went out and explored Tokyo a bit with @mrsala123 Thanks again for your guidance.
