Don’t get me wrong - I LOVE caddying. I love being able to help people with a skill I’ve done all my life.

To see someone absolutely PUMPED, bc I helped them make a birdie in a match: a feeling like no other.

LETS GET THE DAY STARTED PARTY PEOPLEZZZ 🤩😝

Woke up with my lower back being STIFF.

Not every workout has to be my hardest workout. Sometimes it’s just about showing up, getting a good sweat in, and having FUN doing it. 💃🏼

So grateful for a body that lets me run, lift, walk, play golf, chase big goals, and do all the crazy things I convince myself to do 😂

Today’s reminder: you don’t have to go 100% to make it count. Just move your body, enjoy the process, and celebrate the fact that you GET to do it!!! 🥳💪🏼

And shoutout to my accountabilibuddies for making showing up way more fun. 🫶🏼

I’m trying to figure out what’s next. I’m trying new things. I’m setting big goals and I’m learning that the hardest part of starting something new is STARTING SOMETHING NEW.

Day 1 using the internet as my accountabilibuddy... I got out of bed - DUB.

Starting something new is hard and it’s even more vulnerable doing it with people you know.

They may know the old you, or an old version of you and thats scary when trying to become who you WANT to be.

Cheers to my little corner of the internet where I share pieces of my day to hold myself accountable to absolute STRANGERS 🩵. (our ancestors are flabbergasted haha)

Kinda Chic to be YOU...

Not the highlight reel version. Not the version who’s “arrived.” The right-now, still-figuring-it-out, showing-up-anyway version. 💛

Often times I find myself feeling like I need to be wrapped perfectly in order for the world to receive me, but that’s NOT the way life is homie.

Instead, being better TODAY than yesterday is all we can ask for. Like my mentor always says “TODAY IS THE DAY!”
