Day 13 of the #ashtangayogareset challenge from @omstarsofficial with @kinoyoga features #sirsasana or #headstand. I can get straight in this pose, but this is all I could get before my phone's camera's 10-second timer would go off, and the voice command wasn't working this morning.

Day 12 of the #ashtangayogareset challenge from @omstarsofficial with @kinoyoga features #urdvadanurasana or #wheelpose. I still don't have the lift to get into the full expression. I don't know how to get that lift or if I can get into it another way. Any of the other Omstars members have any suggestions?

Day 9 of the #ashtangayogareset challenge with @kinoyoga from @omstarsofficial features the dual poses #kurmasana🐢 and #suptakurmasana or #tortoisepose🐢 and #sleepinftortoisepose. I think my back or my gut is blocking me from going further down. Chalk this up to another thing to work on.

Day 7 of the #ashtangayogareset challenge from @omstarsofficial with @kinoyoga is #halfprimaryseries. I was going to do it in the morning, but my body was still a bit sore from work on Monday (postal work, enough said). So, since I felt more into it when I got home, I did it tonight.

Unitard from @wearmoidancewear, which I hadn't worn in a while.

Day 6 of the #ashtangayogareset challenge with @kinoyoga from @omstarsofficial features #marichyasanad, which I have adapted as I didn't trust my half-lotus.
