The first prototype of our folded lights aka the taco 🌮 with curves and a pop of colour on the inside. This was a design for one of my favourite projects, a boutique atelier in Kloof, it’s taken me way too long to get some pics of it on instagram… curves incoming! by @vda_designco

A full-sized floor to ceiling image at the entrance angles you into the store, directing you to the ‘Inspire Wall’. Different customer journeys were considered in the layout of the store, from the customer who wants to quickly replenish their favourite products, to the customer who wants to explore and discover new products. Subtle cues inform how people are directed through the space. by @vda_designco

A snap of the “Inspire wall” with the waves of display shelving. Loved that I could create these pockets of difference that make an impact between the traditional retail solutions (which have their place for stock and numbers!) and allows this to be a more free-flow, contoured feature area in the store 🌱 by @vda_designco

One of my favourite feelings. This was my very first visit to the Wellness Warehouse store concept I designed. I arrived back in South Africa after the covid travel restrictions were lifted and I could finally visit the new stores in real life. It felt like I was walking in the 3D model I’d spent so much time in (hours and hours!) by @vda_designco

Wellness Warehouse Concept renders 🌱 Reinventing their space to bring a more natural feel to a retail environment where healthy living is the focus. This comes through in the naturally-aligned material choices (timber, scraped stucco etc), bringing in more curves and using impactful nature imagery throughout the store. by @vda_designco

New units for highlighting products at the end of the aisle/gondola units. Bringing in some flexible signage, a splash of timber accents and an overall lightness. These 3Ds also help with merchandise planning and store promotions. by @vda_designco

My Wellness Warehouse design moment: Products living free-range on the shelf with space to breathe! I designed the shelves to be organically overlapping and the horizontal-strip back wall allows for signage to be mounted flexibly above the product groupings. A flexi space for some flexi creativity! One of my favourite little moments. by @vda_designco

🍊 🐝 Make a bee-line for the ‘Inspire Table’ to find new favourites and give some testers a try! This is the platform for product stories, highlighting their natural ingredients, these products are specially selected by Wellness Warehouse for how they positively contribute to your overall health and lifestyle. 🍊 by @vda_designco
