We're excited to share that Verity's newest branch is opening its doors on October 5, bringing more access to financial well-being, community resources and personalized support to the neighborhood.

We had such a great time celebrating the Rainier Valley community at @verityseattle Block Party on Saturday, marking the grand opening of its new Rainier Valley Branch! 🎉

We’ll cover:

Nov. 3: Building Business Credit: Separating Your Business From You
Nov. 10: Telling the Financial Story of Your Business
Nov. 17: Preparing for Capital, Growth & Succession

All workshops are 6:00–7:30 p.m. and virtual. Can’t make all four? That’s okay. Each workshop stands on its own, so you can register for the sessions that are most relevant to your business.

The series is free and open to everyone. Verity membership is not required.

Our 2026 Grants for Growth series continues with Cambodian Americans Advocating Peace (CAAP), an organization built by and for Cambodian and Lao genocide survivor communities in South Seattle.🙌

CAAP's programming is designed and delivered by its own members, in their own language, responding directly to needs they've raised themselves. That includes Know Your Rights workshops and scam prevention initiatives focused on protecting elders.

Verity's $5,000 grant will cover food, transportation, and materials for CAAP's monthly gatherings, which bring together approximately 1,000 Cambodian and Lao community members.

Verity is proud to support organizations uplifting communities like CAAP.
