☪️ UM OLHAR ISLÂMICO SOBRE LULA E O BRASIL

One of my old students, who is also my teacher, @mimicocol reminded me of how powerful and appropriate Anas’ name is. Not just Furacão, but Anas.
The name Anas (Arabic: أنس) is a masculine given name of Arabic origin that carries the profound meaning of “friendliness,” “intimacy,” “sociability,” or “one who brings comfort and joy.” Etymologically, it is derived from the Arabic root a-n-s, which relates to the concept of companionship, human presence, and the removal of loneliness or fear. by @versachill

FREE MOVEMENT FESTIVAL THAILAND 2026 🌴☀️

Different paths. Same movement. One community.

This December, we’re bringing Free Movement Festival to Thailand for four days by the beach in Pranburi — a gathering built around movement, music, culture, connection and simply having a good time together.

From Capoeira, Muay Thai, Zumba, Hip-Hop Foundation and Acro Yoga to Stand-Up Paddleboarding, music, a beach party and more, FMF is about exploring different ways to move, learn, connect and experience something new.

📍 Chom Thale Lodging, Pranburi, Thailand 🇹🇭
📅 18–21 December 2026

🏝️ Beachfront accommodation
🍽️ Meals
🤸 Workshops & activities
🌊 Beach experiences
🎶 Music & Beach Party
👕 FMF Event T-Shirt
🤝 A community coming together from different backgrounds and movement practices

Whether you come for the training, the beach, the people, the music — or a little bit of everything — come create your own FMF story with us.

Same Vibes. New Stories.

👉 Full festival information, packages & registration — link in bio.
