Holly and I had dinner at the San Antonio Winery in Lincoln Heights, downtown LA, where me, my dad and uncles were raised. So many memories and nostalgia here, Lincoln Park, China Town, Olvera street. Looks mostly like it did 80 years ago. by @veteranobjj

Great Cage Warriors event at Sycuan last night. Chasen got win via brutal TKO in first round against a very worthy opponent. CW is all about the matchups and the fighters with no whipped cream or cherry on top. by @veteranobjj

Toured the islands of Lake Magiorre today and Palace Borromeo and it’s lush gardens. The beauty and opulence of this place is hard to believe. by @veteranobjj

Milan is an incredible city full of history, amazing architecture and beautiful people. We toured the city today, the Galleria and incredible Duomo Castle. On to Lake Como tomorrow. Also it’s Fashion Week in Milan, which makes for great people watching. by @veteranobjj
