It definitely wasn’t in the plan for the @roguefitness equipment to be a ✨bit✨ behind schedule but we managed to get the entire rig assembled and operable by 6am. Shout out to all the haters who flooded our DMs with doubt, it was more useful than all the Red Bull in Chicago 💁🏻‍♀️⁣

“I started training with Amanda in November of 2020 and in the course of working out with Amanda twice a week, my overall fitness level has significantly improved. I've worked out with trainers before but none are as smart and knowledgeable in terms of coming up with an individual plan that is safe, yet gradually more and more challenging for each client. She has a work out tailored for each day, for each client, on her computer and adjusts it accordingly per session.⁣
⁣
Technically, Amanda is top notch, both in terms of understanding the human anatomy, as well as providing overall health guidance with diet and nutrition. She is a wealth of information but most importantly, she's incredibly motivating. I don't think I've missed a session with her since I've started, because I know what she's doing is working! ⁣
⁣
Amanda is one of the most positive people I know. She's a joy to work with, even when your arms are shaking and your heart is pounding. I can’t say enough about her, other than you'll be lucky to be one of her clients.”⁣
