It was so good to slow down, sit together, and simply enjoy one another outside of our workouts.

What I love most about this community is that we’re not just getting stronger physically — we’re getting to know each other, sharing our stories, exchanging resources, encouraging one another, and creating connections that go beyond the gym.

And the LAUGHTER! The joy, the conversations, the stories… it was such a beautiful reminder of what STRONG6 is really about. We’re building a community where women can show up as themselves, feel supported, and know they don’t have to do this journey alone.

HALFWAY THERE. 🔥 STRONG6 IS BUILDING STRONG WOMEN.

We are officially HALFWAY through STRONG6, and I could not be more proud of these women!

What gets me every time is watching what happens when they walk through the door.

Some come in with self-doubt.
Some are unsure of what their bodies can do.
Some are stepping outside of their comfort zones.

And then… week by week, you can SEE the transformation.

Not just in their bodies — but in their confidence, strength, energy, and belief in themselves.

They are lifting heavier.
Moving stronger.
Pushing through challenges.
And realizing, “Wait… I CAN do this.”

And one of my favorite parts? THE COMMUNITY.

These women are supporting, encouraging, celebrating, and challenging one another. The STRONG6 group chat stays LIVE — checking in, sharing wins, asking questions, motivating each other, and keeping one another accountable.

That is what STRONG6 is about.

We don’t do this alone.

To my STRONG6 women:
I SEE YOU.
I’M PROUD OF YOU.
AND WE’RE ONLY HALFWAY THERE. 😘
