This is how I start my day (every day) with some mindfulness meditation and my gratitude prayer. Our thoughts become our emotions, and our emotions become our vibe, and our vibe impacts everybody we interact with. By having positive and grateful vibes we can make the world better together.

SUP vibes. 🌊

Grab your board and head to the lake or the beach. Rent one, borrow one, or bring your own, it doesn’t matter. Just go.

Paddle farther than you planned and expect the unexpected. We launched from La Jolla Shores and were rewarded with schools of fish, bright orange Garibaldi, seabirds, and even a surprise sea turtle. Resting by the caves and just being there was very peaceful. Caught some micro waves into shore. 🤙

If you can find your balance on a stand-up paddleboard, you can find your balance in life too.
