Hi, I'm Sandie Byrne, founder of Vibesse.
I'm so glad you're here.

Vibesse was created from a simple belief:

✨ People thrive when they have the right support, connections, and environment around them.

Like many holistic and spiritual practitioners, I've experienced the challenges of trying to navigate personal growth, business, career, family life, and the pursuit of bigger goals while feeling like I had to figure it all out on my own.

Over time, I realised that growth happens faster when we stop trying to do everything ourselves and start surrounding ourselves with people who inspire us, encourage us, and genuinely want to see us succeed.

That's why I created Vibesse.

Not just as another Facebook group.

Not just as another networking space.

Not just as another directory.

But as a movement where holistic practitioners can come together to connect, grow, support one another, and create lives they truly love.

The biggest lie I believed when I started my business?

That successful people had it all figured out.

Looking back, I don't think they did.

They were learning, adapting, making mistakes and finding their way, just like the rest of us.

The difference?

Most of them weren't trying to do it all alone.

This week I explored Denmark and Sweden, worked around an hour a day, and my business continued ticking over.

A few years ago, that wouldn't have been possible.

Like many practitioners, I thought building a successful business meant being available all the time.

I've since learned that success isn't just about income.

It's about building something that supports the lifestyle you want to live.

For me, that's the freedom to travel, work from anywhere and still serve my clients.

When I started building my business, I didn't have a community of practitioners around me.

There were plenty of questions.

Not many people to ask.

A lot of trial and error.

Looking back, that's one of the biggest reasons I'm creating Vibesse.

Because I don't think practitioners are meant to grow alone.

Today I received an email from a practitioner asking how to attract clients from outside their home country.

I could share my own experience and advice.

But it reminded me why I'm building Vibesse in the first place.

Most practitioners aren't struggling because they lack ideas.

They're struggling because they don't have people around them to ask.

The questions we're facing are often very similar.

How do I get more clients?

How do I market myself?

How do I expand into new markets?

How do I grow without burning out?

The problem isn't a lack of answers.

It's a lack of community.
