Impossible not to smile when wearing the new @vibetours.co Italy edition jersey. The design was inspired by the colorful horse-drawn carts of Sicily. VIBE Tuscany: we spent 4 nights at Borgo San Luigi near Monteriggioni. Turns out Visma and UAE stay here during Strade Bianche. Then 3 nights in Saturnia. Michelin meal on VIBE Tuscany 😃 Come to dinner with us in Colle di Val d’Elsa at Il Frantoio, five courses, great wine, and smiles.

Ristorante Il Frantoio sits in the historic Palazzo Giusti in Colle Alta, the medieval upper town of Colle di Val d’Elsa. The restaurant occupies an olive-oil mill established in the 1800s, which remained active until around 1900.

The restaurant specializes in contemporary Tuscan cooking—traditional local ingredients and flavors treated with much more modern, creative techniques—and is included in the Michelin Guide.
