There’s something deeper happening on the mat. Let’s talk about it. ⬇️

PIT and Pilates have taught me so many things, but one of the biggest is gratitude.

I show up because I know there is someone out there who wishes they could move.

I exercise with intention because the ability to move is a gift from God, and not everyone has been given that gift in the same way.

There was a point in my life when I couldn’t do it. An injury took me out of the fitness world, and I was almost convinced I would never return the same.

So here I am now, a walking testimony of God’s healing power, stronger than ever.

And every time I get the privilege to exercise, I remember that version of myself who wished she could walk, run, jump, and move freely without pain.

She reminds me that movement is not something to take for granted.

She fuels me to show up when I don’t feel like it. When it’s easier to quit. When the workout gets uncomfortable and walking away sounds better than finishing.

She keeps me grateful.
She keeps me humble.
She keeps me determined to finish strong.

We aren’t here forever. One day, these bodies will return to dust. But while we’re here, we have the opportunity to care for the body God entrusted to us, to treat it like a temple, not because it has to look a certain way, but because it is a gift.

Movement doesn’t have to be punishment.
It doesn’t have to come from insecurity.
It doesn’t have to be about earning food, changing your body, or proving your worth.

It can simply be gratitude.

And just like obedience, prayer, gratitude, and singing, I believe movement can become another form of worship.

Because worship isn’t only about what we do.

It’s about the posture of our heart while we do it.

So today, I’m not moving because I hate my body.

I’m moving because I’m grateful I have one.

new era: SIZZLING & SCULPTING 🔥✨

PIT x Pilates.
Movement, strength, discipline, confidence, and a whole lot of sweat.

I’ve always loved fitness, but this season feels different. I’m stepping into something that brings together so many things I love: movement, music, energy, connection, and helping people become more of who they’ve always dreamed of being.

For me, coaching has never just been about the workout. It’s about bringing people one step closer to the version of themselves they’ve dreamed of becoming.

The version that walks into a room feeling capable, comfortable, and confident in their own body.

After every PIT (Power Interval Training) and Pilates class, I hope to people leave 1% closer to the person they promised themselves they were going to become. It’s an honor to be part of that process.

I want every person who walks into my class to leave feeling a little more capable, a little more confident, and reminded that they can do hard things, and maybe have a little more fun while doing them, too. 😉

So whether we’re lifting, pulsing, shaking, sweating, or holding that last 10 seconds… I’m bringing the sizzle, sweat & sparkle into every workout. 🔥✨

This is about building strength you can feel, confidence you can carry, and resilience that reaches far beyond the studio.

So… welcome to the new era.

Every ending asks something of us: gratitude for what was, courage for what’s next, and faith for everything in between. So, without further ado, here’s my goodbye.

In January 2024, God radically called me to Highlands College, and looking back, I can truly say it changed the trajectory of my life. At the time, I was walking through one of the darkest seasons I had ever experienced, battling an eating disorder that was slowly taking pieces of me away. When He called me to HC, He told me, “if you don’t leave now, you will die here.” So I left everything I knew. I left my family, my comfort zone, my expectations, and my plans, and I stepped into a place where I had no idea what God had prepared for me, terrified I wasn’t qualified.

I came to Highlands with no idea what was ahead, but I leave with a deeper understanding of my purpose, a stronger faith, and friendships that I never could have imagined. I met people who saw me, challenged me, loved me, and reminded me of who God created me to be...

To every friend, teammate, and person who walked alongside me, thank you for becoming family. Thank you for the laughter, the prayers, the conversations, and the memories I will carry with me forever…

To every leader who invested in me, encouraged me, and believed in me, thank you for your time, your wisdom, and your obedience to pour into the next generation…

All I have is gratitude for each and every one of you…

And an infinite amount of “thank you’s.”

I will never forget these memories that I am so blessed to have made with you all!

A piece of my heart will always belong to you and no matter where I am or what I’m doing, you will always be considered family…

Witness Retreat 2026

This retreat wasn’t just a weekend away. It was an invitation to lay down everything I had been carrying and remember who God has always been. I watched Him transform hearts, restore hope, and remind people that no one is too far gone for His love. Getting to witness that is something I’ll never take for granted.

Somehow, the God who hung the stars in the sky also chose to meet me in my quietest moments. Not because I had earned it. Not because I had everything together. But simply because He is a Father who draws near to His children. He met me in my weakness and reminded me that His presence is not reserved for my strongest days but is still available in my weakest ones.

I’ve realized that the valley is not evidence that God has left us. Sometimes it’s the very place where His voice becomes the clearest and His presence becomes manifest. He has never asked me to be strong enough to carry myself; He has only asked me to keep walking with Him. Every step I’ve taken has been sustained by grace, and every breath has been a reminder that He is enough.

This weekend taught me that worship is so much more than a song. Worship is choosing surrender in the middle of the chaos. It is rejoicing in the Father even when your heart is heavy. It’s choosing trust before you understand. It’s a declaration of faith before ever seeing what you want come to pass. It’s lifting your eyes to Jesus before you ever see the breakthrough, believing that His character doesn’t change with your circumstances.

I leave this retreat with more peace than answers, but I’ve learned that His presence is better than certainty. If I have Him, I have everything I need. I’m still praying for healing in certain areas of my life, but I’m praising Him along the way.

Jesus, thank You for loving me with a love I could never earn and will never fully comprehend. Thank You for reminding me that You walk beside me through every valley, strengthen me when I have nothing left to give, and remain faithful even when I cannot see what You’re doing.

Whatever this next season holds, my answer is still yes.

May every part of my life become a testimony that You are good.

One of the greatest gifts God has given me is friends who love Him deeply and make me want to love Him more. Friends who tell the truth, celebrate the wins, pray through the hard days, and make me laugh until my stomach hurts.

Our friendship reminds me what Proverbs 27:17 looks like in real life: “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” It’s a rare gift to have a friend who sharpens your faith and I don’t take that kind of friendship for granted. I’m so grateful I get to do life with someone who loves truth, extends grace, and isn’t afraid to challenge me to become more like Christ.

Some friendships are gifts. Ours is a reminder that God is in the business of redemption. He has been so kind in the friendships He’s written into my story and I’m incredibly grateful you’re one of them. 🤍
