RECEPTION PT V: THE PAR-TAY! TELL ME YOU LOVE ME.

After my sisters pulled everyone onto the dance floor and the party favors made their grand debut, we danced the night away.

This video feels like a full-blown music video and I am completely obsessed. I danced for hours in 4” heels and somehow felt zero pain…pure adrenaline, pure joy, pure happiest-bride-ever energy.

Shaking maracas, waving glow sticks, rocking the sunglasses, and watching every single guest suit up in the same custom-made party gear made the whole night feel absolutely electric. RECEPTION PT. I: HOLD MY HAND.

A party I will truly never forget. From the music and the energy to the glow sticks, custom maracas, sunglasses, and the 360 photo booth stacked with accessories, every detail was intentional, designed to make everyone feel included, celebrated, and completely free to be themselves.

Watching this video made my heart explode with happiness. I was instantly transported back to that moment…waiting our turn after the groomsmen, after the bridesmaids (@ellaaa_lala the music is cued perfectly because you say, “let’s go!”)…right after my first outfit change into my magical custom reception dress, entirely hand-sewn just for me. Every flower. Every pearl. All customized. Standing there, about to enter the banquet room for the first time as husband and wife, I felt nervous, giddy, and more than ready to dance.

The second we walked in, my entire vision came to life. We had custom maracas made for every single guest…50 pairs in total…and as our DJ hyped the room, the energy turned ELECTRIC. The space buzzed with the sound of maracas shaking, and in that instant, my absolute dream became reality.

Each maraca was placed atop every guest’s menu with a small note that read: “Shake your maracas when we’re introduced as Mr. and Mrs. - and shake them again when you want more kisses.” No champagne glasses. No polite knife tapping. We were in Mexico. You shake the damn maracas.

Loud. Joyful. Unapologetic. Unforgettable.

Endless gratitude to our incredible photographer, @emweddingsphoto , and DJ, @millsjames_weddings , for setting the perfect tone and capturing the energy of the night so beautifully. And to my girl Jeisa and her amazing team at @makeupbyjeisa - thank you for making my girls and me feel absolutely stunning. We danced all night without a single worry about hair or makeup, which is truly the ultimate win.

🤍 9.27.25 🤍 Our wedding video is here…and we’re reliving every single moment from the best day of our lives in paradise. From each of us getting ready with our wedding parties, to the first look with my Dad, to our very first cheers as almost husband and wife… every second felt like a dream. 💫

Walking down the aisle with both of my Dads, saying the vows we wrote ourselves, and finally becoming husband and wife surrounded by our favorite people on our actual TENTH anniversary, it was everything and more. 🤍

And that reception?! The most magical night I could have ever imagined…pure joy, love, laughter, and dancing that I never wanted to end.

To everyone who made the journey to Mexico to celebrate and enjoy a long weekend at our dream destination with us, thank you. Every moment was divine perfection… right down to the 4.3 magnitude earthquake the morning of the wedding. The earth literally shook for our love! 🌎
